7th EMERGENCY MEDICINE CONGRESS with International Participation
Vodice, Croatia, 22.-24. November 2023.
Dear colleagues, friends of emergency medicine,
It is my great pleasure to invite you to Vodice on the 7th EMERGENCY MEDICINE CONGRESS OF NURSES AND MEDICAL TECHNICIANS with international participation, which will be held from November 22 to 24, 2023. This congress is organised by CNSEM under the auspices of the Ministry of Health and the Croatian Institute of Emergency Medicine, for which I sincerely thank them.
Emergency medicine is the heart of the healthcare system, the first line of defense in difficult and critical situations. The daily care of emergency patients in outpatient and in-hospital conditions poses a great professional challenge to emergency medicine workers, which is why it is extremely important that we continue to progress and improve our skills. As of this year, we can boast that emergency nurses in Croatia first started specialist training, which is precisely why we dedicated one of the topics of the Congress to them.
The rapid development of technology, medical-technical equipment, new medical procedures and lifestyle changes require us to stay one step ahead, to constantly learn, research and apply the best possible proven practices. This is the only way we can ensure the highest level of emergency medical care for our patients. This congress is an opportunity to remember and emphasize the importance of cooperation between experts from different fields of medicine. Teamwork is the key to success. When we are unique and when we share knowledge, we are able to achieve extraordinary results.
I believe that the choice of topics will stimulate your interest and that the Congress will meet your expectations with the message that the success of the Congress depends on your active participation. I would like to thank everyone for their help in achieving the goal of the Congress and we look forward to seeing you in Vodice!
